Transference (Jan 5, 2009 at 10:19 PM) - People not only hear what you say, they FEEL what you say.
You cannot hide this. Can’t you feel it when someone is in a bad mood? Can’t you feel another’s joy?
Making the Dull Dynamic (Jan 5, 2009 at 10:19 PM) - This is the main part of my job, I am supposed to train staff members on Fraud and Risk in the banking sector, even though I have the information at hand I still need an interesting way to package the talk to make it more interactive, practical and less procedural.

Word Power (Jan 5, 2009 at 10:19 PM) - Words hurt, heal, motivate, and aggravate. They are powerful. They control emotions and can even control a person physically.

“Write this down.” Three words that cause people to put words on a page.
“Remember a time when you felt angry.” Seven words that can create an overload of emotions.
Move from Communicating to Connecting (Jan 5, 2009 at 10:19 PM) - Would you respect a man who came to the United States as a teenager with no knowledge of English, no contacts and only $50 in his pocket, yet ended up a multimillionaire?
C1: CONFIDENCE (Jan 5, 2009 at 10:19 PM) - C1: CONFIDENCE

Experience. Doing boosts confidence.
Becoming a Great Speaker (Jan 5, 2009 at 10:19 PM) - Paul, how long does it take to become a great speaker?
J.K. Hamberg
